The Us Work module extends learning from the Me and We modules to the systems level, supporting participants in examining how policies, practices, and culture shape equity and antiracism outcomes. Educators and leaders explore how discipline policies, curriculum choices, hiring practices, and family engagement either reinforce or disrupt inequity, and they begin identifying leverage points for change.

This module offers high-level tools for equity-focused mapping of policies and documents, designing more just processes, and aligning daily operations with stated values around diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
