Module 2: The We Work – Building Brave, Inclusive Teams

This intermediate module builds on the Me Work by focusing on how teams, departments, and school communities practice equity together. Participants learn how to co-create group norms, facilitate and engage in courageous conversations, and respond to conflict and feedback in ways that strengthen trust and belonging.

Using real-world scenarios from education and mission-driven organizations, the We Work module introduces tools for collaborative problem-solving, equitable decision-making, and inclusive meeting and classroom structures. Learners leave with practical frameworks they can use immediately with colleagues, students, and families, while recognizing that this module provides only a starting point for deeper team transformation available through our training institutes.
